    In an industrial area, lots of pet stuff that's cheaper than petbarn. Self serve dog wash. Staff are average with their customer service & don't show much enthusiasm or interest.

    Have to chase down someone from the front to get service. No knowledge of what they sell. When told that there was 6 dead fish they just shrugged. Sold me the incorrect fish . Ask if I could return for even a credit was told I could only get $20 refund (I paid $150 for the fish). Tt died 2 days latter. Worse experience ever and that was from the owner.
