    Guy who came out to us was really dismissive, unhelpful and rude. We asked if he knew when it would be needing a new water pump and he responded "wouldn't have a clue mate" and after asking if we could take it for a spin he lashed back stating "the price isn't negotiable"... that's it, wouldn't let us drive the car and we never even questioned the price to start with.
